During the first module of The Authentic Project Leadership Programme we invite you to look in the mirror. Using a personality profiling tool, you will gain awareness of what your core beliefs and behaviours are. You will also come to understand how the events of your life have shaped you as a leader.
As a result of this deep dive you will see your leadership in a new light. Supported by the group, you will gain a clear understanding of what your personal vision and mission is for the future. You will also come away with a roadmap for how to overcome your most challenging leadership situations.
